Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos or video showing the item, packaging, and issue. We will review the claim and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Change-of-mind returns

Return eligibility, return shipping costs, and any applicable conditions depend on the item and its condition. Items must be unused, unassembled where applicable, and returned in their original packaging unless otherwise agreed.

Do not send an item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been heavily used, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without required packaging may be ineligible for return.

Refunds
